CASE ,# 5 : <br />INFORMATION ITEMS <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br />1. On August 11, 1987, the City Council took the following action: <br />a. Approved the final plat of Pineview Estates 2nd Addition P.U.D.; and <br />b. Approved Mr. Hank Muhich's request for a metes and bounds subdivision. <br />2. On August 19, 1987, the City Council received a petition requesting that <br />utilities be extended to Outlot B, Rum Acres Estates; the Council ordered <br />a feasibility report on this request. <br />3. On August 25, 1987, the City Council took the following action: <br />a. Approved a request by Barton Sand and Gravel Company for a conditional <br />use permit to extract aggregates; <br />b. Granted preliminary plat approval of Ford Brook Estates 3rd Addition; <br />and <br />C. Directed that an advisory election be scheduled as soon as possible to <br />consider improvements to Gateway North Industrial Airport. <br />
