PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSIN <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, August 11, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Members Absent: Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the meeting to order at 7:36 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />4 <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Holm to <br />approve the agenda with the deletion of Case #2 (Request for preliminary <br />plat approval of Ford Brook Estates 3rd Addition; case of Mr. Gerald <br />Bauer). <br />Motion failed. Voting Yes: None. Voting No: Chairman Zimmerman, <br />Commissioners Holm, Hendriksen and Howell. Absent: Commissioners LaDue <br />and Shumway. <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Holm to <br />approve the agenda as submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Holm, <br />Hendriksen and Howell. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners LaDue and <br />Shumway. <br />APPROVE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Holm to approve <br />the following: <br />1) Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing minutes dated July <br />7, 1987 regarding Ms. Mary Ellen Walsh's request for a conditional <br />Planning & Zoning Commission/August 11, 1987 <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />35 <br />
