NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANORA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 1, 1987 at.7:30 p.m. at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application by Tiller <br />Corporation d.b.a. Barton Sand and Gravel Company for a conditional use <br />permit to establish a commercial bituminous asphalt operations in the I-1 <br />Industrial district on the property legally described as follows: <br />The most southeasterly 20 acre parcel of the following described <br />property: <br />Lot 3, AUDITORS SUBDIVISION NUMBER 30, according to the map or plat <br />thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in <br />and for Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />-and- <br />Lot 1, AUDITORS SUBDIVISION NUMBER 31, according to the map or plat <br />thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in <br />and for Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />-and- <br />The West 995 feet, as measured at right angles, of the South Half of <br />the Southeast Quater of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, except that part taken for Industry Avenue <br />Northwest as shown on Anoka County Highway Right -of -Way Plat No. 8. <br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except <br />that part thereof described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said East Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence South along <br />the West line of the said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter 409.44 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence East at right angles 11 feet; thence South at right angles <br />264 feet; thence West at right angles to the West line of said <br />East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; <br />thence north along said West line to the point of beginning. <br />-and- <br />Lot 3, AUDITORS SUBDIVISION NUMBER 31, according to the map or plat <br />thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in <br />and for Anoka County, Minnesota, excepting therefrom the tract <br />described as follows: <br />N <br />
