Planned Unit Development~ Case Of Mr, <br /> Gilbert Menkveld And Mr, Art Raudio: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich review with proposed restrictive covenants with Council. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />approve the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, for <br />Pineview Estates 2nd Addition with the addition of the following language: <br /> <br />1) Section 4.3, Item 1 shall include 'any other similar uses <br /> permitted by the Homeowners Association and the City of Ramsey.' <br /> <br />Article XIII, Amendments, should indicate that 'no amendments to <br />the governing document may be effective unless they have been <br />approved by the City of Ramsey.' <br /> <br />Motion carried.
