Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers $orteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />a. Timing for delivery of Council meeting agendas - <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that Mr. Hartley has indicated that the schedule for <br />assembling council meeting agendas has been revised to assure that delivery <br />of them will take place on Thursday of the week prior to the meeting. <br /> <br />b. Discussion regarding possible right-of-way obstructions - <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca noted that there are trees that obstruct the view of <br />vehicles trying to enter Hwy. #47 from 153rd. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cox directing <br />City Staff to review whether or not the trees at 153rd and Hwy. ~47 are in <br />the street right-of-way. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that the same situation exists at Variolite and Cry. <br />Rd. #63 and directed City Staff to also review whether the trees at that <br />intersection are in the right-of-way and report back to Council at it's <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS CONTINUED <br /> <br />~ Adopt Ordinance AmendinE Cha~ter 170.01 Of The City Code <br /> (Zonin~ Cha~ter): <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich referred to Councilmember Cox's concerns expressed earlier <br />regarding paving requirements for businesses having heavy equipment. Mr. <br />Goodrich stated that heavy equipment would fall under the category of <br />storage of equipment and would not be held to off-street paving <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adopt Ordinance #87-4 amending Chapter 170.01 (Zoning Chapter) of the City <br />Code. (Please refer to ordinance file for Ordinance ~87-4). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
