GAKNETT PETTERSEN <br /> Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CASE #4: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Pettersen is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision in order to <br />reconfigure two of his existing parcels. Mr. Pettersen is proposing to <br />split off approximately 1.25 acres from his existing 5 acre parcel and <br />add it to the existing acre where his home presently is located.
