CASE #4: <br />REQUEST FOR METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION; <br />CASE OF MR. GARNETT PETTERSEN <br />By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Background: <br />Mr. Pettersen is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision in order to <br />reconfigure two of his existing parcels. Mr. Pettersen is proposing to <br />split off approximately 1.25 acres from his existing 5 acre parcel and <br />add it to the existing acre where his home presently is located.
