Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #16-08-139 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #17-00 <br /> ALPINE DRIVE AND SUNWOOD DRIVE RECONSTRUCTIONS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Alpine Drive between <br /> Armstrong Boulevard/CSAH 83 and Variolite Street, and to assess benefitted properties for all or <br /> a portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct all or a portion of Sunwood <br /> Drive between Ramsey Boulevard/CSAH 56 and Bunker Lake Boulevard/CR 116, and to assess <br /> benefitted properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> That the proposed improvements, designated as Improvement Project No. 17-00, be referred to <br /> the City Engineer for study and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to the Council with <br /> all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br /> improvements are necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether they should best be made as <br /> proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the <br /> improvements as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate <br /> individual assessments for benefitted properties. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> RESOLUTION #16-08-139 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
