10. Adopt Resolution#16-08-141 Authorizing the Execution of Certificate of Completion in Relation to Development Agreement w HSHT LLC 11. Report from Public Works Committee dated July 19,2016. 1. Consider Maintenance Options for Center Median in the Sweet Bay Ridge Development: Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee to recommend that the City Council approve the prairie restoration option for the center median in Sweet Bay Ridge and direct staff to explore the condition of the irrigation system and if it is not viable,then to instead recommend the mulch option. 2. Removal of Abandoned Garage at 16600 Highway 47: Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee to recommend that the City Council direct staff to advertise for proposals to remove the garage,advertise to sell the garage,and chose the most economical method from options listed in the staff report. 3. Review 2016 Temporary COR Concrete Pavement Repairs: Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee's consensus for staff to explore the reason for the cracked concrete, conduct soil borings,and prepare a report of their fmdings and a recommendation.
