Councilmember XXXXX introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #16-08-141 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CERTIFICATE OF <br /> COMPLETION IN RELATION TO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF RAMSEY AND HSHT LLC. <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey and HSHT LLC entered into a Contract for Private <br /> Development on June 23, 2004 (the"Original Contract"); and, <br /> WHEREAS, The Original Contract calls for a Certificate of Completion to be executed by the <br /> City of Ramsey upon the completion of all minimum site improvements as <br /> described in the Original Contract; and, <br /> WHEREAS, HSHT LLC has completed all required Minimum Improvements; and, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. The City of Ramsey authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator execute the <br /> Certificate of Completion, Exhibit E, of the Contract for Private Development <br /> between the City of Ramsey and HSHT (document number 472877). <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> XXXXXXX and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> XXXXXXX <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> XXXXXXX <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> XXXXXXX <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> XXXXXXX <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br /> Council this the 8th day of August, 2016. <br /> Resolution#15-11-274 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
