The notes must be updated as listed above. 2. Soil Borrow as shown on this page is not included in the Purchase Agreement. Use of soil as shown on this sheet will need to be negotiated with the City Council. C3.3 1. The SWPPP designer certification has expired and must be updated. 2. The major streets on the area map must be labeled. The Mississippi River must be labeled. 3. This sheet is missing critical elements required by the Construction Stormwater Permit.
