Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #16-07-135 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br /> ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #16-95 <br /> ZEOLITE STREET STORM SEWER EXTENSION <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of <br /> advertising for bids for said improvements. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) The City Council hereby approves final plans and specifications as prepared by the City <br /> Engineer with reference to Improvement Project 916-95, Zeolite Street Storm Sewer <br /> Extension, and authorizes the advertisement of bids for the same improvements. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br /> this the 26th day of July, 2016. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
