Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Maul, to adopt Resolutions #16- <br /> 04-063 approving the Findings of Fact. <br /> Further discussion <br /> Commissioner Brauer believed the unique circumstances behind this case were due to the <br /> developer under Item 10. <br /> Commissioner Andrusko stated this may be the case, but to alleviate additional traffic from <br /> flowing into the adjacent neighborhood,the cul-de-sac was being created. <br /> Motion Carried. Absent: Chairperson Levine. <br /> 5.04: Public Hearing: Consider Request for an Amended Conditional Use Permit for <br /> Motor Vehicle Sales on the Property Located at 7820 Riverdale Drive NW; Case of <br /> Bethel Properties, LLC (Project#16-59) <br /> Public Hearin <br /> Vice Chairperson Bauer called the public hearing to order at 8:16 p.m. <br /> Presentation <br /> City Planner Anderson presented the staff report stating a Conditional Use Permit for motor <br /> vehicle sales on the property located at 7820 Riverdale Drive NW (the "Subject Property") was <br /> approved by the City on June 25, 2013. Bethel Properties, LLC (the "Applicant") has submitted <br /> an application for an amendment to that Conditional Use Permit to expand the parking area for <br /> motor vehicle sales on the Subject Property. Staff reviewed the request further and <br /> recommended approval of the amended Conditional Use Permit contingent on compliance with <br /> the Staff Review Letter dated April 1, 2016. <br /> Citizen Input <br /> Commissioner Andrusko understood the parking lot on the west side of the building would need <br /> access to a drive aisle. <br /> City Planner Anderson explained all parking stalls are to be served by a drive aisle. <br /> Planning Commission/April 7,2016 <br /> Page 8 of 14 <br />
