Community Development Director Gladhill stated that there is not a timeline identified at this <br />time but stated that if it is the desire of the Planning Commission and City Council perhaps <br />something could be in place by spring. <br />Acting Chairperson VanScoy asked if there has been a request of this nature received by the City. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill stated that he has not received a request of this time. <br />He noted that there are other elements regarding temporary housing that the City has been made <br />aware of in the past but noted that those situations would not be covered by this policy. <br />Public Hearing <br />Acting Chairperson VanScoy called the public hearing to order at 9:11 p.m. <br />Citizen Input <br />No comments. <br />Motion by Commissioner Andrusko, seconded by Commissioner Maul, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson VanScoy, Commissioners Andrusko, Maul, <br />Brauer, Andrusko, and Nosan. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Levine and <br />Commissioner Bauer. <br />Acting Chairperson VanScoy closed the public hearing closed at 9:11 p.m. <br />Commission Business <br />Motion by Commissioner Andrusko, seconded by Commissioner Nosan, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Ordinance #16-07 opting out of the permitting program allowing temporary family <br />health care dwellings in residential areas and direct Staff to prepare a separate ordinance <br />establishing a process for temporary housing. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson VanScoy, Commissioners Andrusko, Nosan, <br />Brauer, and Maul. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Levine and Commissioner Bauer. <br />5.07: PUBLIC HEARING: Consider Ordinance #16-06 Adding Definition of Net Density <br />to Chapter 117 (Zoning and Subdivisions) <br />Presentation <br />Community Development Director Gladhill presented the staff report stating the purpose of this <br />case is to consider an amendment to City Code to more clearly define the definition of Net <br />Density.
