PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNE$0TA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a special meeting on <br />Monday, November 9, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.~., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Terry Hendrlksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />~nLL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />approve the agenda with the following adjustment: <br /> <br />Cases 1, 5, 6 and 7 will be addressed as the first order of business. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />LaDue, Holm, Terry and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. Ab sent: <br />Commissioner Howell. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Reauest For Discussion Of Lot ~. Block 1. Voltin's Oak ~ill <br /> Estates And Sketch Plan RevieW: Case Of Mr. john Rambosek; <br /> <br />Mr. Rambosek stated that he purchased Lots 1, 2 and 4 of Block 1, Voltin's <br />Oak Hill Estates and is proposinE to construct another road to access the <br />area. In order to offset the cost of road construction, he is requesting' <br />approval to subdivide the three lots into 6; all lots would meet the 2.5 <br />acre size requirement; Lot ~ would need a variance to the 200 foot street <br />frontage requirement. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
