follows, to Section 170.017 of the City Code establishing performance <br />standards for grading, mining and excavating operations: <br /> <br />170.017M(6) b. - 2nd paragraph to read as follows: 'No grading, <br />mining or filling operations shall occur below an elevation of 6 <br />feet above the elevation of the water table on the site; the water <br />table being determined by mottled soils.~ <br /> <br />170.017M(6) eo - 2nd sentence to read as follows: 'No filling <br />materials shall be permitted which, in the opinion of the city <br />engineer or city attorney, would render a property undevelopable <br />or create substandard soils.' <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />LaDue, Rolm, Terry and Mendriksen. Voting ~o: None.
