If no such trash receptacles are available, <br />then refuse and trash shall be carried away from the <br />park area by the picnicker to be properly disposed <br />of elsewhere. <br /> <br />110.151,2 CAMPING <br /> <br />No person in a park sha]l camp, nor set up tents, shacks, or any other <br />temporary shelter for the purpose of overnight camping in any place <br />except as such place may be designated specifically for camping; nor, <br />except as may be designated, leave in a park after closing hours any <br />movable structure or special vehicle to be used or that could be used <br />for such purpose, such as house trailer, camp trailer, camp wagon, or <br />the like. <br /> <br />110.1513 G/g~ES <br /> <br />No person in a park shall take part in or abet the playing of any games <br />invol, ving thrown or otherwise propelled objects such as balls, stones, <br />arrows, javelins, or model airplanes, except in areas set apart for <br />such forms of recreation. The playing of rough or comparatively dang- <br />crous games such as football or baseball is prohibited except on the <br />fields and courts or areas provided therefor. Roller skating shall be <br />confined to those areas specifically designated for such pastime. <br /> <br />110.1514 HORSEBACK RIDING <br /> <br />No person in a park shall ride a horse except on designated bridle <br />trails. Horses shall be thoroughly broken and properly restrained <br />and ridden with due care, and shall not be allowed to graze or go <br />unattended, nor shall they be hitched to any rock, tree or shrub. <br /> <br />110. 1515 ALCOHOIJC BEVERAGES <br /> <br /> 1. No person shat] bring, have in his possession, or con- <br />sume alcoholic beverages at any time in any park, except as provided <br />in Subsection 2. <br /> <br /> 2. Consumption of non-intoxicating alcoholic beverages is <br />permitted in parks if purchased from a person licensed to sell in such <br />park, pursuant to the provisions of City Code Section 130.04. Ail <br />sales shall be in individual drinks and sisal! be served for consumption <br />on the licensed premises. <br /> <br />110. 1516 FIREWORKS AND EXPI,OSI\'ES <br /> <br />No person in a park shall bring or have in his possession, or set off <br />or otherwise cause to explode or discharge or burn, any firecrackers, <br />torpedos, rockets, or other fireworks or explosives of inflammable <br />material, or discharge them or throw them into any such area from land <br />or highway adjacent thereto; nor any substance, compound, mixture, or <br />article that in conjunction with any other substance or compound would <br />be dangerous from any of the foregoing standpoints, unless licensed <br />by the city council pursuant tn M~nnesota Statutes Chapter 624. <br /> <br /> <br />
