110.1520 b{tiRCIIANI)IS1NG, ADVERTISING J~ND SIGqS <br /> <br />No person in a park shall: <br /> <br />a. Expose or offer for sale any article or thing, nor <br /> shall he station or place any stand, cart or vehicle <br /> for the transportation, sale or display of any such <br /> article or thing. Exception is here made as to any <br /> regularly licensed concessionaire acting by and under <br /> the autbori, ty and regulation of the director; <br />b. Announce, advertise, or call the public attention in <br /> any way to any article or service for sale or hire; <br />c. Paste, glue, tack or otherwise post any sign whatever <br /> on any public lands or highways or roads adjacent to <br /> a park. <br /> <br />110.1521 HOURS <br /> <br />Except for unusual and unforeseen emergencies, parks shall be open to <br />the public every day of the year during the hours of 5:00 o'clock a.m. <br />to 10:00 o'clock p.m. The opening and closing hours for each individual <br />park shall be posted therein for public information. A permit for use <br />of the park during other than the above hours may be obtained in accord- <br />ance with City Code Section 110.1524-110.1.527. <br /> <br />110.1522 CI,OSED AREAS <br /> <br />Any section or part of any park may be declared closed to the public <br />by the director at any time and for any interval of time, either temp- <br />orarily or at regular and stated intervals (daily or otherwise) and <br />either entirely or merely to certain uses, as the director shall find <br />reasonably necessary. <br /> <br />110.1523 I,OST ANCO FOUND ARTICLES <br /> <br />The finding of lost articles by park attendants shall be reported to <br />the director who shall make every reasonable effort to locate the <br />owners. The director shali make every reasonable effort to find <br />articles reported as lost. <br /> <br />110.1524 PE~IJT REQUJRED <br /> <br />A permit shall be obtained from the appropriate director before par- <br />ticipating in park activity involving any private group over ten (10) <br />persons or for use of the park between,, the hours of 12:00 o'ciock <br />midnight and 5:00 o'clock a.m. <br /> <br />110. 1325 APPI,I©'~TION <br /> <br />A person seeking issuance of a permit hereunder shall file an applica- <br />tion with the appropriate director. %ne application shall state: <br /> <br />a. The name and address of the applicant; <br />b. ~ne name and address of the person sponsoring the <br /> activity, i~ different from the applicant; <br /> <br />I0 <br /> <br /> <br />
