The day and hours for which the permit is desired; <br />An estimate of the anticipated attendance; <br />Any other information which the director shall find <br />reasonably necessary to a fair determination as to <br />whether a permit should be issued hereunder. The <br />application shall be accompanied by the appropriate <br />fee, if any, as contained in a fee schedule adopted <br />by resolution of the city co~mcil. <br /> <br />110.1526 STANDARDS FOR ISSUANCE <br /> <br />The director shall issue a permit hereunder when he finds: <br /> <br />a. That the proposed activity or use of the park will <br /> not unreasonably interfere with or detract from the <br /> general public enjoyment of the park; <br />b. That the proposed activity and use will not unrea- <br /> sonably interfere with or detract from the promo- <br /> tion of public health, welfare, safety and recrea- <br /> tion; <br />c. That the proposed activity or use is not reasonably <br /> anticipated to incite violence, crime or disorderly <br /> conduct; <br />d. That the proposed activity will not entail unusual, <br /> extraordinary or burdensome expense or police opera- <br /> tion by the city; <br />e. That the facilities desired have not been reserved <br /> for other use. <br /> <br />110.1527 APPEAL <br /> <br />Within twenty (20) days after receipt of an application, the director <br />shall issue the permit or apprise an applicant in writing of his reasons <br />for denying the permit. Any aggrieved person shall have the right to <br />appeal to the city council. Such appeal shall be in writing and shall <br />be filed with the administrative assistant within ten (10) days after <br />receipt of the director's decision. The administrative assistant shall <br />place the appeal on the agenda for the next regular council meeting, at <br />which time the applicant may appear in support of his appeal. The council <br />may affirm, deny or alter the terms of the permit. The decision of the <br />council shall be final. <br /> <br />110.1528 LIABILITY OF PE~ITTEE <br /> <br />The permittee shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained <br />by any person or whatever by reason of the negligence of the pe~nittee <br />or his agents. <br /> <br />110.1529 RE~©CATION <br /> <br />.:,e director shall have :he authoity tc revoke = permit upon a finding <br />of violation of any rule or ordinance, or upon good cause shown. <br /> <br />The director and any park attendant shall have the authority to ejec: <br />from the park any person acting in violation of thi=_.chapter' <br /> <br /> <br />
