P~SEY PLAI~NING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF R3~MSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The tLamsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, June 2, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Roy Shumway (arrived 7:58 p.m.) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting to order <br />at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Art Raudio - Stated that he would like to address the Commission <br />regarding: Park and Ride, Outlot L in Flintwood Hills Second Addition, <br />Outlot A in Flintwood Hills Second Addition and status of Pineview Second <br />Addition. <br /> <br />The Commission replied that Mr. Raudio's discussion items would be placed <br />on the agenda. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the regular meeting at 7:36 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Request for conditional use permit to use temporary structure for <br />office space to sell automobiles in the B-1 Business District; <br />case of Mr. Larry Rudesil. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Request for conditional use permit to keep a horse on less than 3 <br />acres; case of Mr. Robert Mashuga. <br /> <br />Request for preliminary plat approval of Boser's Evergreen <br />Estates; case of Mr. Mel Boser. <br /> <br />Request for preliminary plat approval of Pine Cove; case of Mr. <br />Gilbert Menkveld. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning/June 2, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
