Voting No: None. <br /> <br />_Rc~uest For Conditional Use P~rmit To Construct Addition For <br /> Residential Use In B-I Business District: Case of Mr. and Mrs, <br /> Duane Lundeen: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris explained that the Lundeen's are proposing an expansion to Chips <br />on 10 with the second story of the addition to be used as a residence for <br />the family. <br /> <br />Mr. Lundeen stated that in addition to expanding the restaurant, he is also <br />considering an option presented to him to begin manufacturing pizzas. If <br />he proceeds with the manufacturing option, he will purchase property in <br />Ramsey on which to locate the manufacturing operation and the restaurant <br />will remain as is. The manufacturing operation could mean 15 new jobs in <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Findings of Fact 0166 relating to Duane and Bonnie Lundeen's request for a <br />conditional use permit. (Please refer to findings of fact file for <br />Findings of Fact 0166). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox noted that he doesn't necessarily <br />agree with the findings as presented. Councilmember DeLuca inquired if the <br />Airport Commission has provided any input regarding Mr. Lundeen's request <br />as it relates to height limitations and allowing another residence into the <br />safety zone. Mr. Lundeen stated that he will keep his building height to a <br />minimum.
