PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> MS. MARY ELLEN WALSR <br /> 15800 NOYTHEN BLFD. N.W. <br /> RAMSEY, MN 55303 <br /> <br />On July , 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Ms. Mary Ellen <br />Walsh to sell handcrafted items and collectibles at 15800 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Ail that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies <br />Southerly of a line which bears North 89 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds <br />East from a point on the West line of said Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter distant 690 feet North of the Southwest corner <br />thereof; (for the purposes of this description the West line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter is assumed to bear North 0 <br />degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East) and Westerly of the following <br />described line: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes <br />06 seconds East along the South line of said Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter a distance of 1,321.61 feet to a point on the center <br />line of County State Aid Highway No. 5 as now laid out and travelled, <br />said point being the point of beginning of the line to be described; <br />thence North 23 degrees 19 minutes 48 seconds West along said center <br />line a distance of 614.76 feet; thence on a spiral curve concave to <br />the Southwest having a central angle of 7 degrees 30 minutes and a <br />length of 300 feet for a distance of 300 feet and there <br />terminating. <br /> <br />Excepting from the above the South 345 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Subject to an easement for County State Aid Highway No. 5 over the <br />Easterly 60 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Subject to any existing easements, covenants, restrictions or <br />reservations. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Retail sales of handcrafted items and collectibles shall be <br /> conducted only from the principal structure. <br /> <br />2. Any signage for the retail sales business shall be in conformance <br /> with Section 170.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />3. There shall be no exterior storage of merchandise or inventory. <br /> <br />4. That all employees of the retail sales operation shall be persons <br /> residing on .the premises. <br /> <br />5. Off-street parking shall be provided and shall be surfaced with <br /> blacktop or concrete. <br /> <br /> <br />
