REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF <br /> FORD BROOK ESTATES, THIRD ADDITION; <br /> CASE OF MR. GERALD BAUER <br />By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CASE 94: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Bauer is requesting preliminary plat approval of his proposed <br />subdivision located north of County Road 97 and east of the existing Ford <br />Brook Estates subdivision. Mr. Bauer is proposing to plat the parcel into <br />sixteen single family lots, each at least 2.5 acres in size. The parcel is <br />located in the R-IR Residential District; the minimum lot size is 2.5 <br />acres. The total parcel is approximately 79 acres in size; approximately <br />47 acres are located in Ramsey and the remaining acreage is located in <br />Burns Township.
