CASE #5: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT AN ADVERTISING SIGN; <br /> CASE OF MR. JIM FRANKLIN <br /> By: Communit~ Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Franklin is requesting a conditional use permit to construct an <br />advertising sign (billboard) on Hwy. #10. Mr. Franklin is proposing to <br />construct two 10' x 30' advertising signs immediately east of Jack Kovar <br />Sales.
