DAVID MICKELSON <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CASE #7: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Dave Mickelson is requesting sketch plan review of his minor <br />subdivision in order to split his existing Lot 5, Block 4, Gateway North <br />Industrial Park Plat into two parcels. This property is located in the I-1 <br />Industrial district and is approximately 1.75 acres in size. There are <br />currently two structures on the parcel. Mr. Mickelson is proposing to <br />split the lot between the two buildings and create Parcels A and B. Parcel <br />A would be approximately 1 acre in size and Parcel B would be approximately <br />· 75 acres.
