GILBERT ME~KYELD <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CASE #8: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Art Raudio and Mr. Gilbert Menkveld are requesting sketch plan review <br />of their proposed minor subdivision of that property located south of 149th <br />Avenue N.W. and west of Ramsey Blvd. Mr. Raudio and Mr. Menkveld are <br />proposing to plat three 1 acre lots and provide one 66 foot easement to <br />provide future access to the remainder of the parcel. This area is zoned <br />I-1 Industrial; the minimum lot size in this district is one acre. <br /> <br />For your information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed subdivision <br /> <br />Ob s ervat ions: <br /> <br />For your information, this property is located in that area proposed to be <br />included in the Airport Zoning Ordinance. However, the Council has not <br />yet acted on that ordinance. <br /> <br />The lots are proposed to access on to Ramsey Blvd. N.W. It has been the <br />policy of the Commission and Council to restrict driveway access on to <br />County roads.
