aim for orderly progress is necessary, gr. Dussl stated that Ramsay needs
to listen to citizens, work with the County and adjacent communities and
work towards orderly develotnnent given existing residences. Regarding home
occupations, gr. Dussl did not feel he had enough background on that
subject to make any comments, but there may be areas where the City could
consider permitting home occupations; one ordinance may not be able to
apply to all cases because some businesses may lend themselves to home
occupations, gr. Dussl noted that he had applied for a Charter Commission
vacancy bur that Commission's task is to review the charter periodically
and he would prefer to serve on a more active commission, such as ?l arming
and Zoning. gr. Dussl stated that he would be available to attend ?1arming
and Zoning meetings.

The Commission determined that because of Mr. Deemer's years on the
Commission, the Commission members are aware of his position on most
development questions.

Respectfully submitted,

Communzty Development Director
ALN:sf

Planning & Zoning/April 7, 1987
