CASE #4: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF BOSER'S EVERGREEN ESTATES; <br />CASE 0F )fi{. MEL BOSER <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Boser is proposing to plat a 20 acre parcel on the east side of <br />Variolite Street, north of 171st Avenue N.W. The plat consists of six lots <br />and includes the construction of Sapphire Street extending from Variolite <br />Street up to the northerly boundary of Mr. Boser's parcel. Five of the <br />lots will front on Sapphire Street; however, Lot 1, Block 1 will require <br />a variance for access on to Variolite Street N.W.(an MSA street). Some of <br />the individual lots are not 2.5 acres in size; however, the average lot <br />size in the proposed plat is 2.8 acres.
