CILBERT MENKVELD <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CASE #5: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Gilbert Menkveld is requesting preliminary plat approval of his <br />proposed plat of the 16 acres located northeast of the intersection of Cry. <br />Rd. #63 and Variolite Street N.W. Mr. Menkveld is proposing six lots of <br />2.5 acres each and the construction of Sapphire Street N.W. through the <br />entire parcel. Ail lots will access on to Sapphire Street N.W.; no lots <br />will access directly on to Cty. Rd. #63.
