RYAN CONSTRUCTION, INCo AND J & R PIZZA INC. <br />DOMINOS PIZZA AND RETAIL FACILITY <br />149XX RAMSEY BOULEVARD N.W. <br /> RAMS EY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On June , 1987, site plan approval was granted by the Ramsey <br />City Council to R.J. Ryan Construction, Inc. and J & R Pizza Inc. <br />for the construction of a 2,400 square foot retail/commercial <br />facility on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The West 328 feet of the North 161.37 feet of the South <br />394.37 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, as measured along the South and West lines of said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter. <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the <br />Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this approval are as <br />f ol lows: <br /> <br />The structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans <br />submitted to and approved by the City's Building <br />Department. No construction shall commence without <br />proper approval and permitting by the City Building <br />Official. <br /> <br />2. The structure shall be used for a retail/commercial <br /> facility. <br /> <br />3. The structure shall be finished with decorative cement <br /> block as shown on the elevations submitted. <br /> <br />Landscaping shall be provided as shown on the site plan <br />submitted. All landscaping shall be maintained by the <br />property owner. <br /> <br />5. All off-street parking shall be concrete or blacktopped. <br /> <br />6. All disturbed areas shall be restored with sod or seed· <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />No off-street parking shall be permitted in the Eamsey <br />Boulevard right-of-way. <br /> <br />Only one access to the subject property from Ramsey <br />Boulevard shall be permitted. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br /> <br />
