GILBERT HENKVELD <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CASE ~8: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Gilbert Menkveld is requesting review of the sketch plan for his <br />proposed minor subdivision of Lot 3 of HY-10 Ramsey Second Addition. Mr. <br />Menkveld is proposing to split the existing lot into three smaller lots: <br />one 1 acre parcel, one 1.3 acre parcel and one 15 acre parcel. Ail lots <br />will access off of 147th Avenue N.W.
