PLANNING AND ZCN1A~ COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANCKA COUNTY <br /> STATE CF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, April 7, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Ms. Debra Dubois' request for a <br />conditional use permit to operate a beauty salon from her home at 15030 <br />Willemite Street N.W. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken l~terson, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben De,her <br />Mr. Gerald Zi~erman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim H~ell <br /> <br />Also Present: Con, unity Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />Chaiman Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:58 p.m. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris noted that she has not received any written comments regarding <br />Ms. Dubois' request. <br /> <br />Motion by C~ssioner LaDue and seconded by C~ssioner Deemer to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />Deemer, Shumway, LaDue and Howell. Voting No: None.
