Discussion Regarding_ Position On The Commi~ion: <br /> <br />This case was tabled. <br /> <br />Discussion ~=g_arding_ Joint Meetinq With City Council On April <br /> <br />C(~mission consensus was that the proposed amendments to Chapter 170.01 <br />(Zoning Chapter) of the City Code outlined in Case ~4 of this meeting <br />agenda should be discussed with Council on April 14. <br /> <br />Case 912: Information Items~ <br /> <br />The Commission noted various irons of action taken by City Council at their <br />meeting of March 24. <br /> <br />Case %13 Request For Metes And Bounds Subdivision; Case Of Ms. Kellie <br /> <br />Case %14: Requ_ est For Sketch Plan Review: Case Of Mr. Mel Boser: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Ommmissioner Howell directing <br />that the April Board of ~djustment be held on April 23, 1987 at 7:00 p.m., <br />to be followed by a special meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />Further, that no cases are to be added to the special meeting agenda that <br />did not result from this particular meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, <br />Shum~ay, Howell and LaDue. Voting No: None. <br />Zin~e~. Absent: Commissioner Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Commissioners Deemer, <br />Abstain: Commissioner <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Howell to adjourn <br />the Planning and Zoning meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
