KATHY TRANBY <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Ms. Kathy Tranby is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of her property <br />located on Baugh Street NW, south of 173rd AVenue NW in order to create two <br />additional ten acre parcels from this property. <br /> <br />Enclosed is the site location map for your information. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />As the Commission may recall, Ms. Tranby appeared before the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission in August, 1986 to split off ten acres from this parcel.
