CASE ~9: <br /> <br /> DISCUSS REQUIRING SOIL BORINCS AND PERCOLATION <br /> TEST WITH BUILDINC PERMIT APPLICATION <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, the Commission requested the Building Official's opinion on <br />whether soil borings and/or percolation tests should be required for all <br />building permit applications.
