CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 170.01 (ZONING CHAPTER) <br />OF THE CITY CODE <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CASE ~6: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As requested, the City Attorney has drafted amendments to the Zoning <br />Ordinance regarding: <br /> <br />1. eliminating fencing requirements for drainage ponds; <br />2. requiring blacktop or concrete for off-street parking; and <br />3. requiring certified site plans for commercial and industrial <br /> proposals. <br /> <br />For your information, enclosed are the following items: <br /> <br /> a. Memo and attachments (including ordinance containing proposed <br /> amendments) from City Attorney dated March 19, 1987 <br />b. Section 170.017L of the City Code <br /> <br />OBservations: <br /> <br />Please note that Mr. Goodrich has included with his memo Maple Grove's site <br />plan review process and requirements. Mr. Goodrich has noted that these <br />requirements are more detailed than Ramsey's.
