Buildin8 Design and Construction: <br /> a. Ail exterior wall finishes on any building con- <br /> structed shall be of material other than metal on <br /> at least fifty percent (501) of the exposed wall <br /> where the build£ng is adjacent to any other exist- <br /> ing or future structure or street. Regulations <br /> on Hazardous ~astes as adopted ~une 18, 1979 and <br /> con,a/ned in 6NCAR H[nneso~a Code of Agency Rules, <br /> Para2raphs ~.9001 - 4.9010. The City Engineer shall <br /> prescribe the manner of sewage treatment and disposal <br /> in the case of lares volume water useaEe. Section <br /> 150.01 of ~he City Code shall also regulate wastes with <br /> ~cep~ion tha~ there needs ~o a con~[suous area for ~he <br /> ~nstallat[on of ~hree soil absorption systems based on <br /> rater useage. <br /> 3. Off-street parki~ <br /> a. Desitn and Construction: <br /> Off-street parkinE areas shall be so desisned that <br /> vehicles may be parked ia an convenient and orderly <br /> fashion. Parkin~ areas shall be surfaced and aain- <br /> rained vith a hard~ all-veather~ durable~ dust-free <br /> surfacint material~ shall be properly drained~ and <br /> shall be ~aintained in a sithtly and yell-kept con- <br /> dition.
