Instead, I request <br />this letter be considered as my application to serve on <br />the City of Ramsey Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> My personal background and rational for serving the <br />City of Ramsey remains the same as stated in my letter <br />of November 14. <br /> <br /> The reason that I desire my application be changed <br />to that of serving on the Planning Commission is, that, <br />I feel this assignment would require a stronger committ- <br />ment of both time and energy toward working for a positive <br />and harmonous progress of our Community. <br /> <br />Sincerely, /9 /~ <br />Arthur C.
