The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Ccmm/ssion conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, March 3,1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br /> <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson, Chaiman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Gerald Zim~e~man <br />Mr. P~y Shut, ay <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry ~endriksen <br />Mr. Jim ~ell <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />C~ty Develo~t Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting to order <br />at 7:31 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL CF AGE~DA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />approve the agenda with the following adjustments: <br /> <br />Case #18 - Deleted <br /> <br />Further Discussion: ~ssion consensus was that the meeting will adjourn <br />at 11:00 p.m. and a special meeting will be scheduled to complete any <br />unfinished h~siness. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Shu~way, Zi~e~, LaDue, ~endriksen and Howell.
