Council wants their vote to count and this Commission needs <br />their direction to accomplish that. <br /> <br />(kemissioner Deemer stated that the developer should not be delayed for as <br />long as it takes to get Council direction; this Commission should take <br />action in accordance with existing ordinanoes and Comcil's action on the <br />case will serve as P&Z's direction. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner H~well to <br />prooeed to addre~ Mr. Bertils request for lxeliminary plat approval of Now <br />and Then Estates even with the absence of clarification from City Council <br />regarding nu~er of accesses to be required to plats. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes.. (~ain~n Peterson, (km~ssioners Zimmerman, <br /> <br />Notion by Camissioner LaDue and seconded by Chairman Peterson that the <br />Planning and Zoning Co_mm__ission is of the opinion that one-access plats <br />orally with current City ordinances and therefore, the Planning and zoning <br />Commission r~ that City Council accepts and approves any future <br />plats containing one access. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: (~ain~n Peterson, (k~missioners Zimmer=mn, <br /> <br />Motion by Co~missioner Howell and seconeded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />recommend approval of Mr. Paul Bertils request for preliminary plat <br />approval of Now and Then Estates contingent upon the developer providing <br />information requested in the City Engineer's letter dated March 3, 1987, <br />Items 1-6. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Bert_ils stated that he intends to take care of any <br />lots requiring fill before filing the final plat. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Xes: Chairman Peterson, Cx~missioners Zimmerman, <br /> <br />Motion by Ommflssioner Zi~me~ and seconded by Ommissi~r ~endriksen to <br />adjourn and continue this meeting to March 19, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
