Geoff C~ristian was present representing his brother and stated that the <br />ultimate plan for this ~xoperty is to further develop it with offices and. <br />in the meantime a conditional use permit iS requested to operate a vehicle <br />storage and sales business at the site. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris noted that the applicant is requesting that boats, ILV. ~s, motor <br />hemes, etc. be included as Remitted vehicle sales. <br /> <br />~he Ccm~ssion proceeded ~o revie~ the pro~x~ finding~ of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />reccmmemd approval of the findings of fact, amended as foll(~s, relating to <br />Mr. (harles Christian's request for a conditional use pemit. <br /> <br />References to 'aut(m~bile sales business' in Items 1, 5, 9, 11, 12, <br />13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 should be changed to 'motor/recreational <br />vehicle sales business'. <br /> <br />2. Reference to 'car lot' in Item %10 'motor/recreational vehicle lot'. <br /> <br />Item %7 should be changed to read as foll~s: '~hat the storage of <br />vehicles will not create additional traffic on B~y. %10, however, <br />motor/recreations/ vehicle sales business will create additional <br />traffic accessing on B~y. %10. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: ~hainman Peterson, Cm~ssioners Zi~merman, <br /> <br /> / <br />proceeded to review the proposed cor~litional use pe_mit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />reoammnd approval of Mr. Charles Christian's request for a conditional use <br />permit with that permit amended as follcws: <br /> <br />1. All references to 'aut(~o~ile sales' in the permit shall be changed to <br /> 'motor/recreatio~l vehicle sales'. <br /> <br />Item %2 <br />will be <br />require <br /> <br />shall be revised to read as follows: '~e following vehicles <br />referenced for sale: motorized ar~ recreational vehicles that <br />State license plates and boats.' <br /> <br />3. Item %4 shall state that no more than 100 vehicles may be for sale at <br /> any 0ne time. <br /> <br />4.
