~ CON)ITIO[~%L USE PE~KIT <br /> <br /> 14290 ALPACA STREET <br /> RAMSEY, MINNESO2A <br /> <br />(~ April , 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Gary Ostlund <br />to operate an electrical contracting business fz~ his home at 14290 Alpaca <br />Street N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 1, Alpaca Estates, 2nd Addition, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are ore,lied with. The conditions of this permit <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1. There shall be no outside storage of any materials or equipment for <br />said contracting business. <br /> <br />2. Employees of the business shall perk their vehicles on the subject <br />property ~n appropriate off-street parking spaces. Such off-street parking <br />spaces shall be paved with blacktop or concrete. <br /> <br />3. ~at any cc~plaints by neighbors regarding the contracting business <br />will be cause for review of this permit; if such complaints are <br />substantiated and cannot be resolved, the permit may be revoked as <br />specified in Section 170.013E of the City Code. <br /> <br />4. That the business shall be operated between the hours of __ <br /> p.m., Monday through . <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Ostl~ hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit <br />and that he has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed that <br />he will cause om~li~ce with the terms of this pemit. <br /> <br /> <br />
