Motion The City Council and PlanninK and Zonir~[ Co_m_ mission meetinK minutes were noted. CASE ~1: Disc~sion re~ard.~._nK_jo~Bt meetinK ~ith (~it~ CoBncil 9q March Commissioner Llchtor requested that Pork improvement priorities be added to the aKenda. Anne Norris was asked if the City Council members wanted an~thJ_~K else included on the aKenda. CASE '~: ~l~tssion re~ard~g ~ark funds and expenditures. Noel (iraczyk, Finance Officer, explained the budget info, ,~ation. Prior to 1987 the Special Revenue Pork, Fund handled all park operations and capital improvement. Effective 1987 the Park Special Revenue Fund "no lonKer exists and the Pork Fund and capital improvement will come under the General Fund. There is also a Park Trust Fund which comes from fees collected. CAb--~ ~T~: Di~u~sion re~ardin~ easements. Anne Norris talked -~ith a representative of United Power Association and reported that the power company would not have a problem with the city usin~ the easements but would want to be notified if tr~l~ would be put on the easements.
