(Rev. lg83) <br /> <br />(c) Plan Consistency, The proposed Site Plan shall be consistent <br /> with the City Comprehensive Plan and this Ordinance. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Plan Submission. Twenty (20) sets of all Site Plans shall be <br />submitted to the City's Planning Department with all required <br />information. The proposed Site Plan shall be placed on the <br />agenda of the first posstble New Business Planning Commission <br />~ettng occurring after twenty-four (24) days from the date of <br />official submission. The plan shall be considered as <br />officially submitted only when all of the Information and fee <br />requirements are complied with. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Stte Plan Content Requirements. All Stte Plan submissions <br />shall be drawn to scales of one (1)'1rich equalsftfty ($0) feet <br />or less (Engineering scale only) and be produced tn a fashton <br />whtch tnsures legibility and clartty. In addition to the full <br />scale plan, an additional reduction of the plan on an 8 1/2' x <br />l~" sheet shall be required as part of the submission. The <br />Stte Plan shall contain at least the following Information (and <br />all additional Information as required by'Ctty Staff): <br /> <br />(t) General Information. <br /> <br />(A) The landowner's name, address and phone number. <br /> <br />(B) <br /> <br />The applicant's name, address and phone number (tf <br />different from the landowner) and his interest in the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />The names, addresses, and phone numbers of al1 <br />professional consultants ~ho have contributed to the <br />development of the Plan being submitted, including <br />architect, land planner, engineer, surveyor, and <br />attorney. <br /> <br />(o) <br /> <br />Evidence that the applicant has sufficient control <br />over the subject property to effectuate the proposed <br />Stte Plan. <br /> <br />(E) Date of Plan preparation. <br /> <br />(F) Dates and descriptions of all revisions. <br /> <br />(G) North point Indication. <br /> <br />The statement that construction shall be tn <br />accordance with Maple Grove's Standard Specifications <br />for Uttltty and Street Construction - 197g, as <br />amended. <br /> <br /> <br />
