The Director of Planntng shall nottfy the applicant of the Council's dectston in writing. (d) Final Site Plan. Purpose. The Ftnal Site Plan ts to serve as a complete, thorough, and permanent public record of the manner in which the subject site is to be developed. It shall incorporate all prior approved plan revisions resulting from the Site Plan Review process. (2) Schedule. Upon receiving all required final approvals through the Site Plmn Review process, the developer shall prepare a Final Site Plan reflecting all revisions and conditions of approval. Three (3) copies of this Final Site Plan shall be submitted to the Director of Planning for review and approval. , (A) (B) After a Final Site Plan has been submitted and approved and before any ~ite preparation work or site improvements take place, a preconstructton meeting shall be required to take place. It shall be the developer's responsibility to arrange the preconstructton meeting with the City Staff. At a minimum, in addition to the City Staff, the meeting shall be attended by the developer, architect/engineer, and general contractor of the project. (3) Limitation on Final S~te Plan Approval. Within one (1) year after the City Counctl approval of a Final Stte Plan, or such shorter ttme as may be established by the approved development schedule, construction shall commence wtth the approved plan.
