The <br />Director of Planntng shall nottfy the <br />applicant of the Council's dectston in <br />writing. <br /> <br />(d) Final Site Plan. <br /> <br />Purpose. The Ftnal Site Plan ts to serve as a complete, <br />thorough, and permanent public record of the manner in <br />which the subject site is to be developed. It shall <br />incorporate all prior approved plan revisions resulting <br />from the Site Plan Review process. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Schedule. Upon receiving all required final approvals <br />through the Site Plmn Review process, the developer shall <br />prepare a Final Site Plan reflecting all revisions and <br />conditions of approval. Three (3) copies of this Final <br />Site Plan shall be submitted to the Director of Planning <br />for review and approval. , <br /> <br />(A) <br /> <br />(B) <br /> <br />After a Final Site Plan has been submitted and <br />approved and before any ~ite preparation work or site <br />improvements take place, a preconstructton meeting <br />shall be required to take place. It shall be the <br />developer's responsibility to arrange the <br />preconstructton meeting with the City Staff. <br /> <br />At a minimum, in addition to the City Staff, the <br />meeting shall be attended by the developer, <br />architect/engineer, and general contractor of the <br />project. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Limitation on Final S~te Plan Approval. Within one (1) <br />year after the City Counctl approval of a Final Stte Plan, <br />or such shorter ttme as may be established by the approved <br />development schedule, construction shall commence wtth the <br />approved plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
