Following the issuance of Final Site Plan approval by t~ City Council, the City Engineer shall specify those improvement-items req~lring inspections and.approval by the City. Following Final Plan aCproval a Site Plan, or a stage thereof, the Director of Planning shall, periodically until the completion of the development, review all permits tssueU, and construction undertaken and compare actual development with the approved Site Plan.
