Mr. Dryden is proposing to split this parcel into <br />two parcels; one 5 acre and one 15 acre parcel. <br /> <br />As you recall, Mr. Dryden appeared before the Commission last summer with <br />this request. The Commission reccmmmnded that Mr. Dryden su~it a proposed <br />subdivision and obtain soil borings for the property.
