BC~ M~X~R <br /> By: C~ty Develo~t Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CASE #7.. <br /> <br />Background~ <br /> <br />Mr. Muller is requesting site plan review of his proposed facility to be <br />constructed on the sout~est corner of 167th Avenue N.W. and Hwy. %47. Mr. <br />Nnller is proposing to construct a 21,000 square foot which will house <br />various retail and service operations. The proposed facility will be <br />cement block construction in accordance with the requirements for <br />structures in the B-1 Business district. <br /> <br />For your information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Site plan <br />c) Elevations <br />d) Proposed development agreement <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />As the Commission recalls, Mr. Muller appeared at the last Commission <br />meeting to request that the City establish development and tax increment <br />financing districts to accommodate this development. In addition, Mr. <br />Muller is requesting City participation in site improvements for this <br />project. The City Council has directed staff to draft the appropriate <br />documents to establish these districts and to allow for City participation <br />in Mr. Muller's project.
