Rd. ~63, northeast of the intersection with <br />Variolite Street N.W. and County P~ad #63. <br /> <br />As you recall, at your last meeting you requested Mr. Menkveld to redraw <br />his sketch plan to utilize a cul-de-sac to access these lots and to <br />minimize individual driveway access onto Cty. Rd. #63. In addition, the <br />Commission also requested that Mr. Menkveld provide an easement for future <br />road access to the property to the south. <br /> <br />For your information, enclosed are the following items: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed sketch plan dated March 30, 1987 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld has provided the cul-de-sac with an easement for future access <br />to the property to the south. However, the sketch plan also shc~s two lots <br />accessing directly onto Cty. Rd. #63. The Cc~ssion may wish to recommend <br />that Mr. Menkveld revise this to minimize accesses onto Cry.
