That the subject paroel is approximately 5 acres in size and is located in the RB Rural Business District. 5. That vehicle storage and automobile sales are not permitted uses in the I~B Rural Business District. 6. That the adjoining property is zoned for Rural Business. 7. That the storage of vehicles will not create additional traffic on B,-f. %10, however, the automobile sales ~usiness will create additional traffic. on ~y. %10. 8. That the storage of vehicles will not be detrimental or unduly dangerous to persons working or residing in the area. 9.
