RAMSES, MINNESOZA On March , 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Charles Christian for the operation of a vehicle storage and automobile sales operation fr~m the property at 9457 B~y. %10 N.W. xn the ~B Rural Business District. ~mis property is legally described as foll(ms: Lot 2, Block 1, Pamsey Commercial Park, A~oka County, Minnesota This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This oonditional use pem~t is perpetual in it's duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are c~ied with. The conditions of this permit are as foll~s: 1. ~hat adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will he provided on the site. 2. That a sales office structure will be constructed by June 1, 1987. This building shall he constructed in accordance with the architectural controls for the business districts and shall meet the standards of the State statutes for size for autcmobile sales. 3.
